Each lesson is limited to two people for the same cost. It is recommended that you have a stick-stretching buddy so that you may learn two to three moves per class.
The end goal is that you will have a stick-stretching routine you can do whenever and wherever you would like.

You will need two four foots, one five foot and one six foot. Total cost is $118 The sticks are made out of rattan. Rattan is different from bamboo in that it is solid. Rattan is a very good material as it is lightweight, durable and flexible. It is stronger than bamboo. So, a set of sticks should last years!
